In dem Beitrag des BR geht es vor allem um die rechtliche Situation von Tiny Living und die Problematik mit der Verwaltung, die oft nicht wei\u00df, wie sie jetzt Tiny Houses einstufen soll. Leider f\u00fchrt dies dazu, dass dieser nachhaltigen Kleinwohnform unn\u00f6tig Steine in den Weg gelegt werden. Mit dem TV-Beitrag hoffen wir, m\u00f6glichst viele PolitikerInnen zu erreichen, damit die Problematik durchsickert. Drehort war neben dem Tiny PopUp in Pasing auch Thalkirchen bei den Frauenbergateliers. Dort h\u00e4tten sich Kunst- und Klimaschutzprojekte perfekt erg\u00e4nzt: Die Ateliers im Geb\u00e4ude und die Tiny Houses davor, auf der sowieo ungenutzten Fl\u00e4che. Ach, es w\u00e4r so sch\u00f6n gewesen.. Jetzt wird es Zeit den Leerstand vor allem auch der st\u00e4dtischen Kleinstgrundst\u00fccke offenzulegen und zu nutzen. Zwischennutzung, Nachverdichtung, Erbpacht &#8211; es g\u00e4be viele M\u00f6glichkeiten&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Leider ist Cornelius Mager von der Lokalbaukommission M\u00fcnchen nicht wirklich auf unsere Argumente eingegangen sondern hat Tiny Houses abgetan mit der Begr\u00fcndung der Zersiedelung. Er \u00fcbersieht, dass Kleinwohnformen schnellen, kosteng\u00fcnstigen und flexiblen Wohnraum auf st\u00e4dtischen (Kleinst-)Grundst\u00fccken zur Zwischennutzung, Nachverdichtung oder Erbpacht darstellen k\u00f6nnen. Dies w\u00fcrde auch die T\u00fcre \u00f6ffnen f\u00fcr die vermehrte Bereitschaft von\u00a0 Privateigent\u00fcmern, ungenutzte G\u00e4rten, Hinterh\u00f6fe, Brachen oder Enkelgrundst\u00fccken zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen. Voraussetzung daf\u00fcr w\u00e4re, dass die Verwaltung mobile und immobile Wohnformen unterscheidet und den Vorteil f\u00fcr die Umwelt von Wohnen ohne Fl\u00e4chenversiegelung wertsch\u00e4tzt. Also, worauf warten wir? Immer mehr Menschen wollen in Kleinwohnformen leben &#8211; aus den verschiedensten Gr\u00fcnden. Bevor also rechte Parteien das Thema f\u00fcr sich entdecken und auf Stimmenfang gehen, ein dringender Appell, vor allem an die regierenden Parteien: nehmt euch dem Thema an, die Vorteile sind
