Aber auch Nachverdichtung ohne Fla\u0308chenversiegelung ist ein wichtiger Punkt hinsichtlich Tiny Living: auf brach liegenden Grundstu\u0308cken, Hinterho\u0308fen, auf Flachda\u0308chern, Garagend\u00e4chern oder Ga\u0308rten um ein Einfamilienhaus kann bezahlbarer, als auch umweltschonender Wohnraum geschaffen werden, der den Boden nicht versiegelt. N\u00f6tig w\u00e4re ein je nach Nutzungsdauer angepasstes Genehmigungsverfahren, um m\u00f6glichst viele Fl\u00e4chen nutzbar zu machen, ohne allzu gro\u00dfen Eingriff in die Natur.
